This is a project I created together with my friend Ofir to compare the effectiveness of Mytheresa’s and Luisaviaroma’s marketing tactics. Beyond this, we looked to analyze their e-commerce strategies, diagnosing the brand’s strengths and weaknesses, offering tailored marketing suggestions based on this analysis.
